Dear Truck & Technology Tour Participant,

We are excited about your participation in Women In Trucking’s 2024 Truck & Technology Tour at the Accelerate! Conference & Expo. We have 15 inside spots for tractors and six tractor/trailer spots outside. Our attendees enjoy getting to touch and feel a real truck, getting their pictures taken with your trucks, and learning about the new technology.

Upload to the Conference Service Center no later than Sept. 30

All drivers must have their trucks and trailers in line 30 minutes prior to move-in time or your company risks its requested positioning in the Expo.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT -

FIRE MARSHAL REQUIREMENT:

Fuel Tank must have less than 1/4 (one quarter) tank of fuel. Batteries must be disconnected once parked.

Inside Tractors

7am - 9am

It is imperative to the success of a seamless move-in to adhere to the following:

• Tractors must be present at 6:30 a.m. check-in and lined-up on Wycliffe Ave.
• Driver will receive parking number for order of move-in and place on windshield
• Certificate of Insurance must be on file
• Fuel Tank must be below ¼ (one-quarter) of a tank
• If any of these items have not been met, tractor will be denied participation in the Expo

Tractors will move-in in the order they are to be parked inside the Expo.

Tractors/Trailers will move-in in the order they are to be parked in the outside parking spots.
