Hello Truck & Technology Participant!

Thank you for your participation in the Truck & Technology Tour at the 2023 Accelerate! Conference & Expo at the Hilton Anatole Nov. 5-8. We have exciting news for you: All trucks and trailers will be placed inside the Expo this year, which will make it easy for the attendees to visit your trucks/trailers and give you excellent branding and visibility!

Please read this communication in its entirety and share with everyone who is involved in any aspect of getting your truck/trailer to the conference at the Anatole and those who are staffing.

All drivers must have their trucks and trailers in line 30 minutes prior to move-in time or your company risks its requested positioning in the Expo.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT -

FIRE MARSHAL REQUIREMENT:

Fuel Tank must have less than 1/4 (one quarter) tank of fuel. Batteries must be disconnected once parked.

MOVE-IN TIMES

Saturday @ 6:00 pm

Drivers be in line no later than 5:30 pm

Trailers will be called from the line-up on Wycliff Ave. to park in the Expo in the following order, pointing out:

1. Nikola

2. Truckers Against Trafficking

3. Utility Trailer Manufacturing

4. Frito Lay

5. Panther

6. Coca-Cola Southwest Bev.

SEMIS

Sunday @ 8:00 am

Drivers be in line no later than 7:30 am

Semis will be called from the line up on Wycliff Ave. to park in the Expo in the following order, pointing in:

1. Badger Infrastructure Sol.

2. Pilot

3. Volvo

4. WM

5. Walmart

6. UPS

7. Big M

8. Bridgestone/Kodiak

9. PACCAR

10. MACK

11. Navistar

Wednesday – 8:30 am – 10:00 am
